We will ship your order within 24 hours by air mail from Port Vila, Vanuatu. Depending on where you are located, you can expect the order to arrive within 10 days to three weeks.

There is a standard US$10 fee for shipping by air mail. If you require the medicines to be sent by courier service there will be an extra charge according to your order and shipping address.

If you are ordering on a weekend allow another two days.

Be sure to include your phone number on the order form. The phone number will be included on the packing invoice so that your Customs department can contact you if necessary. We have found this greatly speeds clearance and delivery of your order.

Returns and Refunds of your discount Drugs

Vanuatu law forbids reselling drugs once they have left the store. This is to avoid the possibility of someone opening the package and altering the contents. We are, therefore, unable to take returns and urge that you consider your order carefully.
